We are seeking qualified applicants to join our team as a Credit Administration Manager at our Wolfforth Banking Center.

Essential Job Functions:
1. Oversee the preparation of loan documents using approved systems (e.g., LaserPro)
2. Ensure all loan documentation accurately reflects approved terms, covenants, collateral, guarantors, and structure.
3. Manage the full pre-closing review process and ensure loans are completed and ready to move to closing.
4. Daily supervision of Credit Administration staff and related responsibilities including but not limited to staffing, training, and disciplinary actions.
5. Review all loan requests (commercial, real estate, SBA, etc.) for review and documentation accuracy.
6. Confirm all required due diligence items are obtained and reviewed prior to doc prep, including, but not limited to: entity documents, insurance, flood determinations, UCC searches, and title work.
7. Ensure all conditions required for documentation are satisfied before release to closing.
8. Validate covenants, ticklers, and reporting requirements post-closing.
9. Manage workflow within the processing and doc prep stages (e.g., nCino pipeline).
10. Monitor pipeline volumes, turnaround times, and workload balancing across staff.
11. Uphold all security protocols as outlined in the Bank’s Information Security and Written Security Programs.
12. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:Qualifications:
- 7+years of loan operations or credit administration experience
- 3+years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong experience in commercial loan documentation
- Deep knowledge of the following: loan documentation (commercial and real estate), collateral requirements and lien perfection concepts, credit policy and loan structuring
- Preferred experience with the following: LaserPro and nCino (or similar workflow systems)
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with lenders, credit, and operations teams
