AI Solutions Program Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an AI Solutions Program Manager based in United States.

This role sits at the intersection of technology strategy, enterprise operations, and artificial intelligence adoption, driving how AI is evaluated, implemented, and scaled across core workforce and ERP ecosystems. It plays a key role in shaping the organization’s AI roadmap, ensuring existing investments are optimized while identifying and assessing external AI partnerships where needed. The position partners closely with enterprise architecture, operational leaders, and governance teams to translate business needs into actionable AI initiatives. It also oversees program delivery, performance tracking, and continuous improvement efforts across multiple workstreams. This is a highly cross-functional role requiring strong program leadership, technical fluency, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments. Accountabilities
  • Lead the enterprise AI and technology strategy for ERP and workforce management systems in collaboration with internal AI governance teams and stakeholders.
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI-driven initiatives, including rationalization, value assessment, testing, and deployment across core platforms and external ecosystems.
  • Assess and support adoption of AI capabilities within internal systems and external partner solutions, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals.
  • Manage cross-functional collaboration between analysts, solution architects, operational leaders, and external vendors to deliver AI programs effectively.
  • Oversee program governance, administrative coordination, and operational oversight of AI-related initiatives and technology transformation efforts.
  • Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools to monitor performance, adoption, cost, quality, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead improvement initiatives, manage project portfolios, and ensure timely execution of program milestones and deliverables.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders related to AI program execution and strategy alignment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional partners and external technology providers to ensure program success and continuity.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required in a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, consulting, technology strategy, or enterprise transformation roles.
  • Strong experience with AI technologies, digital transformation, ERP systems, or workforce management platforms preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience developing dashboards, KPIs, and performance tracking tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value for diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise collaboration tools.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with a track record of delivering outcomes on time.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment across distributed teams.
  • Consulting or enterprise program delivery experience strongly preferred.
