In this role, you will lead the evolution of digital products within a fast-moving environment focused on mobility, fleet management, and data-driven decision-making. You will be responsible for shaping product strategy, prioritizing initiatives, and ensuring that delivery generates measurable business and customer value. Working at the intersection of technology, data, and business, you will translate complex needs into clear product direction and actionable roadmaps. This position requires strong autonomy, analytical thinking, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while maintaining focus on outcomes. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, operations, and business teams to drive alignment and execution. The role is highly strategic and hands-on, with direct impact on product performance and user experience. • Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business strategy and customer value.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements, features, and delivery plans for development teams.
• Use data, metrics, and insights to support decision-making and identify product opportunities.
• Align and communicate effectively with stakeholders across different areas and levels of the organization.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, operations, and business teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Monitor product delivery, remove blockers, and ensure continuous improvement of solutions.
• Propose enhancements, challenge existing approaches, and adjust priorities based on market and business changes.

• Solid experience as Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar product leadership roles.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Experience managing backlogs, roadmaps, prioritization, and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence and mobilize cross-functional teams toward shared objectives.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving, and ambiguous environments.
• Strong ownership mindset, autonomy, and results-oriented profile.
• Experience with digital products at scale (differential).
