As a Senior Clinical Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying and attracting highly qualified physicians to support a nationwide healthcare network. This position combines strategic talent acquisition with relationship-driven recruiting, allowing you to influence hiring decisions while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Working remotely in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, you will partner closely with operational leaders and cross-functional teams to develop innovative sourcing strategies and build long-term clinician pipelines. - Manage the full-cycle physician recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates through offer negotiation and acceptance.
- Build, develop, and maintain strong physician talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs across multiple healthcare markets.
- Conduct candidate interviews and evaluations to assess clinical qualifications, experience, and overall fit for available opportunities.
- Partner with operational leaders to design and execute strategic recruitment plans aligned with workforce objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between physician candidates and hiring leaders, ensuring clear communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with Legal and Human Resources teams during employment negotiations and hiring activities.
- Monitor recruitment metrics, market trends, and sourcing performance to continuously improve recruiting effectiveness.
- Research healthcare labor market trends and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top physician talent.
- Support physician onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition into clinical practice while fostering long-term candidate relationships.
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
- 2–4 years of physician recruitment or healthcare recruiting experience, including full-cycle recruitment responsibilities.
- Demonstrated experience managing recruitment processes from sourcing through offer acceptance.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage healthcare professionals effectively.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation and influencing abilities with a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.
- Analytical skills with experience tracking recruiting metrics and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders in a remote environment.
- Experience developing proactive recruiting strategies and long-term talent pipelines within healthcare is preferred.
- Annual base salary of $90,000–$100,000, plus an incentive plan.
