This role is focused on leading complex data and AI programs while ensuring successful client outcomes and high-quality delivery. You will act as a strategic partner for enterprise clients, coordinating cross-functional teams and translating business objectives into actionable execution plans. The position combines program leadership, technical understanding, financial ownership, and stakeholder management in a fast-growing technology environment. You will collaborate with delivery teams, architects, engineers, and senior client stakeholders across multiple regions. - Lead complex data and AI programs as the primary point of contact for clients and partners, ensuring successful execution and measurable business outcomes.
- Translate client strategies into clear roadmaps, delivery plans, timelines, and priorities while balancing scope, quality, resources, risks, and business objectives.
- Coordinate multi-location teams, including technical leads, architects, engineers, and consultants, to ensure delivery alignment and operational excellence.
- Partner with technical teams to connect solution delivery with customer goals, business impact, and measurable value.
- Manage program financial performance, including budgets, forecasting, utilization, margins, project burn, and change control processes.
- Monitor delivery metrics, identify risks and variances, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
- Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, providing clear updates, strategic recommendations, and executive-level reporting.
- Manage customer escalations and complex project challenges in collaboration with delivery and commercial teams.
- Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts, particularly across AI, analytics, and data transformation initiatives.
- Provide account health insights covering financial performance, project progress, adoption metrics, and key blockers.
- Support a strong delivery culture by mentoring project managers and consultants and contributing to improved delivery practices.
- Proven experience managing client-facing programs and working directly with executive stakeholders in consulting, technology, or professional services environments.
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Program Management, or similar roles overseeing complex initiatives involving timelines, budgets, scope, and resources.
- Experience managing multi-workstream projects involving data platforms, analytics, cloud technologies, artificial intelligence, or machine learning.
- Strong understanding of Agile and iterative delivery methodologies, with familiarity with Waterfall approaches.
- Background in AI, data, and analytics projects, including knowledge of modern data ecosystems, cloud platforms, business intelligence solutions, and ML/LLM technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously while maintaining accountability for delivery performance.
- Experience managing remote and multi-regional teams.
- Strong communication, documentation, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and make data-informed decisions.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, and Excel.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- PMP and/or CSM certifications are strongly preferred.
