Product Owner

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Owner based in Brazil.

This role is focused on shaping and delivering digital solutions that directly improve the efficiency and quality of services in the healthcare and social assistance sector. You will act as the bridge between business needs and technical execution, translating strategic vision into actionable product backlogs.
You will be responsible for ensuring that product development aligns with user needs, business priorities, and long-term product strategy.
Working in a collaborative agile environment, you will engage closely with development teams, stakeholders, and clients to refine requirements and guide delivery.
The role requires strong analytical thinking to evaluate demands, prioritize features, and define clear acceptance criteria.
You will play a key part in ensuring product quality by validating delivered features and supporting successful releases.
This is a highly impactful position for someone who enjoys combining product thinking, communication, and execution in a fast-moving environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Translate product vision and business needs into a structured, actionable product backlog.
  • Analyze incoming demands, ensuring alignment with product strategy and prioritizing based on business value.
  • Write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and clarify technical and functional requirements for development teams.
  • Maintain, refine, and prioritize the product backlog to support sprint planning and release cycles.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams, providing guidance, clarifications, and continuous support during delivery.
  • Validate delivered features against acceptance criteria and approve or request adjustments before release.
  • Coordinate product releases by communicating new functionalities to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Ensure proper documentation of features is created, updated, and maintained over time.
  • Engage with stakeholders, including clients and internal teams, to gather feedback and communicate product progress.
Requirements:
  • Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in agile environments.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product development practices.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into clear user stories and technical specifications.
  • Intermediate knowledge of databases and system concepts.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage backlogs, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and fast-paced environments.
