About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Account Executive with a strong hunter mentality to join our team in the construction industry. As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in driving growth by hunting for new business while also man-aging existing accounts to ensure long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities in the construction sector.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely communication and problem resolution.
• Develop and execute account strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitors.
• Prepare and present customized proposals and bids for construction pro-jects.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals.
• Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., project management, opera-tions) to ensure smooth execution of contracts.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts in CRM software.
• Provide regular updates to the leadership team on pipeline activity and progress toward goals.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and build connections.
• Stay informed about relevant building trends, regulations, and technological advancements in the construction field.
Qualifications:

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in construction.

• Proficiency with CRM software Zoho.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
