Salary: $40,000 - $65,000 per year (Base Salary + Bonus Opportunities)

What You'll Do

• Support the agency's sales and marketing initiatives
• Manage sales reports and performance tracking
• Coordinate sales contests and incentive programs
• Monitor marketing campaigns and measure results
• Assist with customer outreach and lead management
• Help organize community marketing events and promotions
• Maintain accurate records and reporting dashboards
• Work closely with the sales team to improve efficiency and productivity
• Assist with administrative and operational projects as needed
• Help create a positive customer experience while supporting agency growth

What We're Looking For

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Ability to analyze reports and identify trends
• Positive, team-first attitude
• Marketing, business, communications, or sales support experience preferred
• Insurance industry experience is a plus but not required
