  • Manage and scale a high-performing Revenue Operations team, fostering a culture of accountability and data-driven execution.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings deep Revenue Operations leadership experience, strong technical expertise in GTM systems, and a proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment and transformation in fast-paced environments.

  • 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations leadership roles.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, configuration, and optimization within complex revenue organizations.
  • Hands-on experience with BI and analytics tools such as Tableau or equivalent platforms.
  • Proven track record of leading GTM transformation initiatives, system integrations, and operational scaling.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end revenue lifecycle, including lead-to-cash and monetization processes.
  • Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills, working closely with CRO, COO, and CFO-level leaders.
  • Experience building scalable RevOps frameworks in SaaS or AdTech environments is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven GTM transformation, automation, and predictive analytics is a strong advantage.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
Benefits:
  • Competitive executive compensation package (base salary + bonus eligibility)
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • Flexible work arrangements, including remote-friendly policies
  • Equity or long-term incentive opportunities (where applicable)
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer contributions
