Join Our Team – Ultrasound Technologist

Cherry County Hospital & Clinic is seeking a skilled and dedicated Ultrasound Technologist to join our Diagnostic Imaging team. This position offers the opportunity to perform high-quality ultrasound procedures in a patient-centered, rural healthcare environment.

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures to produce high-quality images for physician interpretation
• Work under the direction of physicians and supervising technologists
• Collaborate with radiologists and providers to support accurate diagnosis and patient care
• Maintain imaging records and ensure timely reporting to ordering providers
• Follow ALARA principles and all imaging safety standards
• Participate in on-call coverage including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
• Maintain equipment, supplies, and department organization

• Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program OR radiology program with ultrasound experience
• ARDMS registered or eligible (must be working toward certification if not currently registered)
• Strong knowledge of ultrasound imaging principles and equipment operation
• Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, staff, and patients
• Commitment to patient safety, confidentiality, and quality care
• Must have graduated from a Diagnostic Medical Sonography Certification Program, an accredited radiology program or began doing ultrasound prior to 2000 and be a registered ARDMS sonographer planning to become certified in the immediate future.
