• Support the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range planning for engineering operations and sustaining activities.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance engineering budget models to ensure accurate financial tracking and cost visibility.
• Establish and manage monthly reporting cycles to analyze actuals, forecasts, and latest estimates (LE).
• Drive budget control processes and support financial performance reporting in collaboration with finance teams.
• Coordinate with engineering and finance stakeholders to consolidate data and ensure alignment on financial assumptions.
• Contribute to the development of engineering cost rate models, including blended and supplier rate structures.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
• Continuously improve processes, tools, and systems to enhance budgeting efficiency and accuracy.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) from a recognized university or equivalent qualification.
• Strong experience in project or program management within engineering or technical environments.
• Proven ability to develop KPIs, dashboards, and performance tracking systems.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, support functions, and finance.
• Strong analytical, documentation, planning, and execution skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities with experience in multicultural environments.
