Technical Sourcer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Technical Sourcer based in United States.

This role is designed for a high-performing sourcing professional who thrives at the intersection of technology, talent intelligence, and fast-paced recruiting execution. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging top-tier technical talent across software engineering, AI, infrastructure, and emerging tech domains. Working closely with recruiters, you will build strong candidate pipelines, run targeted outreach campaigns, and support the full top-of-funnel hiring process. The role requires curiosity about technology, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate complex technical profiles into clear hiring insights. You will operate in a metrics-driven environment where speed, quality, and candidate experience all matter. This is a highly collaborative role where your sourcing strategy directly impacts the success of cutting-edge technical hiring.

Accountabilities:
  • Source and identify high-quality technical talent using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Google X-Ray searches, job boards, and other sourcing tools.
  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines across software engineering, AI, machine learning, robotics, infrastructure, hardware, and technical leadership roles.
  • Execute personalized outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and other channels to engage passive and active candidates.
  • Conduct initial screening conversations to assess technical background, career goals, compensation expectations, and role alignment.
  • Present qualified candidates to recruiters with detailed notes, insights, and recommendations to support hiring decisions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within ATS and CRM systems.
  • Partner closely with recruiters to prioritize searches, refine sourcing strategies, and meet hiring timelines.
  • Continuously optimize sourcing approaches, messaging strategies, and conversion rates based on performance data.
  • Stay informed on emerging technologies, hiring trends, and competitive talent landscapes to improve sourcing effectiveness.
  • Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout all early-stage interactions.
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in sourcing, recruiting, sales, customer success, or business development.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment focused on performance and outcomes.
  • Ability to quickly learn technical concepts, tools, and industry terminology.
  • Self-motivated with strong time management and ownership mindset.
  • Preferred experience sourcing technical talent in software engineering, AI, or infrastructure roles.
  • Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Gem, or SeekOut is a plus.
  • Understanding of technical domains such as software engineering, cloud computing, AI/ML, or robotics is highly valued.
  • Experience in startup or high-growth tech environments is an advantage.
