This role is ideal for a creative and detail-oriented editor who knows how to turn long-form podcast conversations into high-performing, platform-ready content. You will work across both audio and video, transforming B2B podcast episodes into engaging short-form clips and polished long-form edits optimized for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital channels. The role blends storytelling, sound design, and performance-driven content strategy in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. You will collaborate closely with producers, marketers, and hosts to shape narratives that resonate with professional audiences. Success in this role comes from combining strong technical editing skills with an understanding of social media trends and audience behavior. It is a hands-on position where your work directly impacts reach, engagement, and thought leadership visibility.

Edit long-form podcast episodes into high-quality video and audio content suitable for digital distribution, ensuring clarity, pacing, and professional production standards.

• Create short-form clips optimized for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Apply sound design, motion graphics, captions, transitions, and color correction to enhance storytelling and viewer engagement.
• Collaborate with producers, hosts, and marketing teams to refine narrative structure and ensure content aligns with strategic goals.
• Optimize content performance using platform insights, SEO principles, metadata, and audience analytics to improve reach and retention.
• Stay updated on social media trends and adapt editing styles to maximize engagement across evolving platforms.
• Translate complex or technical B2B topics into clear, visually engaging, and accessible content.
• Manage multiple editing workflows and deadlines efficiently in a remote, fast-moving environment.

Proven experience in editing both long-form and short-form audio/video content, ideally within podcast or digital media environments.

• Strong portfolio showcasing B2B storytelling, podcast editing, and short-form social content creation.
• Advanced proficiency in editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Pro Tools, or Adobe Audition.
• Solid understanding of sound design, motion graphics, color correction, and social media formatting standards.
• Knowledge of YouTube optimization, including metadata, thumbnails, audience retention, and performance analytics.
• Strong grasp of content strategies across platforms like TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Comfortable working U.S. business hours in a fully remote setup.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional creative teams.
