As a Forward Deployed Engineer III, you will help transform complex operational workflows into intelligent, autonomous systems powered by modern AI technologies. This role combines software engineering, AI architecture, and business problem-solving to design and deploy agentic solutions that create measurable impact. You will work directly with operational teams to identify opportunities for automation, build scalable AI workflows, and move innovative concepts from prototype to production. With ownership across the full agent lifecycle, you will shape how intelligent systems interact with business processes and deliver value at scale. • Design and implement autonomous agent workflows capable of multi-step reasoning, tool usage, decision-making, and error recovery.
• Work closely with business and operational teams to identify high-impact opportunities where AI-driven solutions can improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Own the complete agent development lifecycle, including discovery, architecture, prompt engineering, optimization, testing, deployment, and ongoing improvement.
• Build reliable AI systems with appropriate guardrails, evaluation frameworks, monitoring, and logging to ensure predictable performance in critical operational environments.
• Develop integrations between AI models and core business systems through APIs, automation workflows, and supporting infrastructure.
• Contribute reusable agent modules, frameworks, and documentation to accelerate AI adoption across teams.
• Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on solutions by gathering feedback from domain experts and improving production readiness.
• Build lightweight interfaces and dashboards that allow users to interact with, monitor, and manage AI-powered workflows.
• Drive a culture of experimentation, ownership, and continuous improvement by challenging assumptions and finding scalable solutions.

• Strong engineering background with experience building software solutions, automation systems, or AI-powered applications.
• Proven ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments, identify opportunities, and deliver impactful solutions with minimal direction.
• Deep understanding of modern agent architectures, including approaches such as ReAct, Plan-and-Execute, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with AI orchestration tools such as LangGraph, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or comparable technologies.
• Strong programming skills in Python and .NET or similar backend technologies.
• Hands-on experience working with large language model APIs and transforming model outputs into structured, reliable actions.
• Experience designing retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, working with vector databases, and building APIs for AI systems.
• Ability to develop user-facing tools or interfaces using frontend technologies such as Vue.js, React, or similar frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a bias toward action, experimentation, and delivering working solutions.
