As a Young Apprentice in Administrative Operations, you will support daily administrative activities, helping maintain organized processes and effective communication between different stakeholders. You will contribute to recruitment and apprenticeship operations while developing valuable professional skills.
- Support the creation and management of apprentice and internship openings.
- Follow up with companies regarding open opportunities and application progress.
- Assist with access management for company portals, including guidance and data entry support.
- Contact students, companies, and educational institutions to confirm information and ensure data accuracy.
- Support administrative routines and internal processes related to apprenticeship programs.
- Maintain organized records and contribute to process improvements when needed.
- Collaborate with different teams to ensure smooth communication and operational follow-up.
The ideal candidate is a motivated young professional looking to gain first professional experience in an administrative role. You should be organized, communicative, willing to learn, and interested in developing workplace skills.
- Completed high school education or currently studying from the first year onward, preferably in the evening period.
- Must be between 18 and 24 years old, according to apprenticeship regulations, except for candidates with disabilities.
- Good organization and attention to detail.

- Willingness to learn new processes and administrative routines.
