Location: Mt Vernon, IL and surrounding areas
Salary: $49,000–$52,000 annually (based on experience)

As a Route Sales Driver, you'll deliver and merchandise some of the most recognized beverage brands while building strong relationships with our customers. Every day brings a new route, new interactions, and the opportunity to make a positive impact in your community.

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Current Class A CDL (or willingness to obtain one through our paid CDL training program)
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card
• Ability to lift, push, and pull 30 pounds or more on a repetitive basis
• Ability to work on your feet for 8+ hours per day

• Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver products to customer accounts
• Merchandise products to company standards
• Secure and wrap loads before leaving the facility and after each delivery
• Collect payments and obtain customer signatures when required
• Complete delivery receipts, deposits, and daily paperwork accurately
• Deliver outstanding customer service while representing Pepsi MidAmerica professionally
• Follow all company policies, DOT regulations, and safety procedures
• Perform additional duties as assigned
