The Regional Deli Production Specialist is a specialized, regional role responsible for executing large-batch culinary prep and high-volume production to support Marlene's Washington store locations.

Operating primarily during after-hours shifts when the main kitchen is closed to standard retail operations, this position requires a high degree of independence. The Specialist is a designated keyholder, responsible for independent kitchen management, building security, and opening/closing procedures (including key and alarm code responsibilities). While primarily operating out of one designated base kitchen, this regional position requires the flexibility to occasionally work out of or support secondary Washington locations as assigned by regional management to ensure production consistency and continuity across the market.
