Summary
The Bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) works with families directly to support the family and their child’s progress. This role acts as a liaison, the LPC ensures a comprehensive plan for each child is created.

Direct Supervisor
This role reports directly to the COO.
Essential Functions/Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate team meetings with families and other professionals
- Provide resources to families during intake and as needed
- Provides updates to PCP regarding client progress
- Provide family support groups virtually and/or in person
- Obtains formal feedback from families regarding their services and child's progress
- Participates in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings and other pertinent meetings as required
- Maintains records to guarantee information is readily available to interested parties
- Acts as liaison with the public and mental health community to provide support with development goals
- Assists in creating procedures for training materials to improve programs for individuals
Work Location & Hours:
This is a full-time remote role that will be supporting families in the New Jersey surrounding area. The core hours for this role are Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
Minimum Qualifications
- Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges
- Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker
- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Visual and auditory ability to work on computer and use phone for long periods of time

Compensation
The expected salary range for this role is $77,000–$92,000 per year.
Final compensation will be based on a range of factors, such as your skills, education, experience, certifications, market conditions, and internal equity. All offers are made in alignment with applicable federal and state laws.
