About the Role
The Level 2 IGA Support Consultant is responsible for providing day‑to‑day operational support, maintenance, and monitoring of the Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) platform for a global pharmaceutical client. This role focuses on incident management, user lifecycle support, access governance operations, and ensuring platform stability in alignment with SOX and compliance requirements.

The Level 2 IGA Support Consultant is responsible for providing day‑to‑day operational support, maintenance, and monitoring of the Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) platform for a global pharmaceutical client. This role focuses on incident management, user lifecycle support, access governance operations, and ensuring platform stability in alignment with SOX and compliance requirements.
What You’ll Do
- Provide Level 2 operational support for the IGA platform (SailPoint Identity Security Cloud).
- Own and resolve incidents, service requests, and change requests through to closure.
- Perform standard operational and maintenance activities in line with defined SOPs and runbooks.
- Conduct regular platform health checks and ensure availability of the IGA service.
- Support user lifecycle management (Joiner, Mover, Leaver processes).
- Assist with access requests, approvals, certifications, and password management incidents.
- Generate pre‑configured reports, including audit and compliance-related reports.
- Review configurations of rules, policies, and workflows with read‑only or limited admin access.
- Collaborate with Level 1 support, Level 3 consultants, application teams, and service desk teams for issue resolution.
- Collect operational data for metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Escalate complex issues to Level 3 with clear analysis and supporting evidence.
- Participate in a global 24x7 support rotation and adhere to incident and change management processes.
- 3–6 years of experience in Identity & Access Management or Identity Governance & Administration support roles.
- Hands‑on experience supporting IGA platform SailPoint ISC.
- Strong understanding of:
- User lifecycle management (JML)
- Access provisioning and de‑provisioning
- Access certifications and approvals
- Password and account management
- Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Ability to perform platform health checks, monitoring, and routine maintenance.
- Familiarity with audit, compliance, and reporting requirements (SOX knowledge is a plus).
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in a 24x7 support environment.
- Exposure to SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) administration.
- Basic scripting or query skills for reporting or operational support.
- Experience working in regulated industries such as pharma or healthcare.
- ITIL certification or familiarity with ITIL practices.
