Part Time
RESPONSIBILITES
Duties of this position include but are not limited to:Administrative Support:- Serve as a welcoming presence in the front office for learners, families, and staff
- Perform day-to-day administrative duties including scheduling, data entry, email communication, and file organization
- Provide logistical support for school operations and communications
- Maintain a professional and efficient front office that reflects the values of Dayspring
- Greet and assist visitors, learners, and employees in a warm, welcoming, and professional manner.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Provide clinic support to learners; distribute learner meds following established protocols and accurately maintain medication logs.
- Assist with campus events.
- Organizing guest teachers and campus call outs.
- Assist the principal and assistant principal as needed.
- Sign in campus visitors via the Raptor system.
- Place monthly Sam's, District warehouse, and other POs as required.
- Receive, sort, and distribute the mail and packages following established procedures.
- Ensure operation of equipment by scheduling preventive maintenance such as calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories and supplies; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
- Update all campus-related social media, including Facebook and the school website, with campus highlights and activities.
- Maintain and update the campus calendar.
- Maintain learner's cums files.
- Clean and organize the employee resource area.
- Report unsafe campus situations immediately.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Cast vision and lead the preparation, organization, and on-site management of all campus events.
- Follow a 30/60/90 day event planning structure:
- 90 Days Out: Develop an environmental plan (décor, food, performances, atmosphere, etc.)
- 60 Days Out: Finalize event plan, submit orders, confirm logistics
- 30 Days Out: Begin décor preparation, launch volunteer recruitment and sign-ups
- Event Day: Oversee set-up, execute event plan, manage volunteers on-site

- Lead family engagement efforts by recruiting, organizing, and assigning volunteers.
- Build strong relationships with parent volunteers, helping them feel valued and equipped.
- Ensure volunteers understand their roles and how they contribute to the Dayspring experience.
- Understand and uphold the Dayspring brand, ensuring all events and front office interactions align with its culture and values.
- Create a learner-centered atmosphere that celebrates learners and community.
- Design event graphics in Canva for school-wide events.
- Adhere to the provided marketing calendar for event promotion timelines.
- Ensure all communication and visuals are on-brand and consistent with Dayspring standards.

Requirements:REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- All employees must be fingerprinted and pass a background screening process by the Clearinghouse.
- Must be able to maintain a positive and welcoming demeanor
- At least 3 years of proven and dependable administrative experience
- Must have a high level of professionalism
- Ability to see a project through completion
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work with strong organizational and planning skills
- Must possess problem solving skills and be detail oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be proficient in MS Office
- Ability to work some nights and weekends
- Must follow established dress code and other school policies
