Job Responsibilities
Execute operations according to FOTILE's standards.
Manage the Order Management System (OMS) daily, including accurate order input and returns oversight.
Collaborate with the sales team to stay updated on client routing guidelines.
Ensure precise processing of logistic orders, including truck scheduling and shipping monitoring.
Coordinate with third-party logistics providers and warehouses for seamless order processing.
Resolve transportation and logistics issues, maintaining updated client portals.
Contribute to developing and training logistics protocols, especially in reverse logistics.
Collaborate with Customer Service to promptly address inquiries.
Oversee inventory management and generate order-related reports.
Stay informed about changes in national transportation and warehouse operations.
Manage product delivery, distribution, and shipping/receiving.
Assist senior logistics staff with third-party logistics and warehouse management.
Manage spare parts warehouse and report demand regularly.
Coordinate with shipping companies for timely deliveries.
Resolve transportation and logistics system problems and reconcile warehouse discrepancies.
Handle retail shipments and manage reverse logistics for returns.
Order packaging and supplies based on consumption.
Coordinate with Customer Service on inquiries and logistic issues.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Supply Chain or logistics fields preferred.
Proficient in both Chinese and English Preferred.
1- 3 years relevant transportation, logistics, or supply chain experience preferred.
Flexible and adaptable to work arrangements.
Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, ability to accomplish multiple tasks while sticking to deadlines.
