You will play a central role in defining scalable services offerings and ensuring alignment across internal and external stakeholders. In addition, you will help shape partner-led delivery models and support seamless transitions from sales to implementation. This position is ideal for a leader who thrives in fast-paced enterprise software environments and is passionate about scaling services businesses with measurable impact.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead the Go-To-Market strategy for Professional Services, supporting the commercialization and scaling of services offerings across enterprise customers and industry segments.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Partner organizations to design and position services solutions aligned with customer needs and business outcomes.
  • Develop repeatable and scalable services offerings, packaging models, and go-to-market materials to support new customer acquisition and expansion.
  • Support sales cycles by contributing to services scoping, proposals, pricing models, and customer business case development.
  • Define and standardize best practices, operating procedures, and contractual frameworks for services engagements (e.g., time & materials, fixed fee, and credits-based models).
  • Collaborate with delivery partners to assess capabilities, support partner-led implementations, and ensure smooth sales-to-delivery transitions.
  • Produce external-facing content such as customer success stories, thought leadership, and services best practices to strengthen market positioning.
  • Lead and develop a team of GTM managers, ensuring strong performance, coaching, and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Establish scalable processes and operating rhythms to enhance efficiency and consistency across the services GTM function.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in client-facing professional services, services sales, or enterprise software services delivery.
  • Proven track record of leading services growth or GTM functions within enterprise software companies or systems integrators.
  • Experience managing and developing teams of 5+ professionals, with a focus on coaching and performance development.
  • Strong ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, including VP and C-level executives, both internally and externally.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise services models, solution selling, and services commercialization strategies.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to define scalable offerings and evaluate trade-offs in complex environments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills across technical and executive audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with strong ownership over outcomes.
  • Passion for innovation in automation and emerging AI-driven technologies is highly valued.
Benefits:
  • Remote-first work environment with flexibility in work arrangements
  • Opportunity to lead high-impact go-to-market strategy for enterprise services
  • Career growth in a fast-scaling global software organization
  • Exposure to cutting-edge automation and AI technologies
  • Inclusive and diverse workplace culture focused on collaboration and innovation
  • Opportunity to build and scale a high-performing services GTM team
  • Competitive compensation and benefits package (varies by location and role level).
