Kinaxis Solution Architect

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Kinaxis Solution Architect in India.

This is an exciting opportunity for a supply chain technology professional to play a strategic role in large-scale SCM transformation initiatives. In this hybrid position based in Bengaluru, you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to design, configure, and optimize Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions that drive operational efficiency and business performance. The role combines technical expertise with functional consulting, offering exposure to complex planning environments, enterprise transformation programs, and collaborative solution design. You will contribute to future-state architecture, process innovation, and stakeholder alignment while supporting high-impact projects across global organizations. Accountabilities:
  • Lead and support Kinaxis RapidResponse configuration activities across supply chain transformation projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable functional and technical solutions.
  • Contribute to future-state solution design, architecture discussions, governance models, and process optimization initiatives.
  • Design process flows, business scenarios, prototypes, and functional specifications aligned with supply chain planning objectives.
  • Support testing activities, training programs, change management initiatives, and end-user enablement.
  • Manage backlogs, monitor project progress, and ensure alignment between business expectations and technical delivery.
  • Provide Level 4 support and troubleshooting for complex issues related to Kinaxis RapidResponse implementations.
  • Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and contribute to continuous process and solution improvements.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse configuration and implementation.
  • Strong functional knowledge of supply planning and factory planning processes.
  • Experience working on at least two supply chain transformation projects involving Kinaxis RapidResponse.
  • Kinaxis Author Level 1 and/or Level 2 certification.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management concepts and enterprise planning processes.
  • Ability to work independently on complex systems, modules, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with experience managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to business stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Analytical thinking, problem-solving mindset, and strong decision-making capabilities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in fast-changing business environments.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid setup based in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
