Job Description
Position Summary
The Warehouse Associate manages and administers the overall inventory control, inventory flow, and inventory accuracy processes for the assigned facility. This role is responsible for analyzing and publishing inventory reports, measuring and monitoring cycle counts, tracking the daily movement of parts, and resolving inventory issues. The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in ensuring that StationServ teams, technicians, and construction crews have accurate, available, and well-organized inventory to support timely service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Control
- Maintain and exceed established inventory accuracy goals.
- Publish reports, analyze data, track performance by area, and identify problems and root causes; communicate results and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
- Coordinate all functions of year-end inventory and cycle counting.
- Set up and maintain part numbers and bin locations for each item.
- Ensure all cycle counts are scheduled and completed timely, accurately, and in compliance with standard operating procedures.
- Lead mid-year and year-end inventory reconciliation processes.
- Monitor and maintain proper documentation for any inventory discrepancies or issues.
- Handle daily part transfers between warehouses and technicians.
- Receive incoming inventory within the system.
- Analyze data to determine trends and stock requirements.
- Stage inventory for jobs and construction crews.
- Assist in creating and merging new inventory software and systems.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
- Strong communication and team-building skills.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to support inventory counts at other warehouse locations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain functions.
- Experience with inventory management or ERP/warehouse management systems.
- Familiarity with petroleum equipment, parts, or related distribution environments.
Work Environment
- Must be able to physically move throughout the warehouse to monitor the flow of merchandise.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Work is performed primarily in a warehouse setting, which may include exposure to varying temperatures, noise, and equipment movement.

Compensation is commensurate with experience and aligned to StationServ’s location-based pay structure.
