Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Inspect/troubleshoot/evaluate/ repairs of refrigeration equipment
- Preventive maintenance of refrigeration equipment
- Document work performed and submit report on smart device (IPAD or phone)
- Assist with providing information to quote various repair work
- Explain refrigeration issues and recommendations for repairs with customers
- Adhere to all safety procedures.
- Build strong customer relationships; build knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer needs/expectations.
- Minimum of 5 years of as a HVAC/R Service Technician experience
- EPA certification (Type I & II) minimum
- High level of safety and security required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with others to complete tasks
- Understanding and broad knowledge of tools, safety, and electronic equipment within this trade
- Must be punctual, adhere to daily schedule and able to handle schedule changes
- Ability to lift 75lbs, use ladders, and aerial lifts
- Valid driver's license, insurable driving record, and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Records check
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
