- Partner with clinical and medical teams to design real-world evidence strategies and translate outcomes into measurable performance indicators.
- Develop executive dashboards and reporting systems to monitor KPIs, identify risks, and guide strategic decision-making.
- Support market access and reimbursement initiatives in collaboration with regulatory stakeholders, including Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.
- Lead cross-functional governance forums, ensuring alignment across finance, commercial, clinical, and digital analytics functions.
- Drive continuous improvement in value measurement, forecasting accuracy, and post-implementation performance tracking.
This role requires deep expertise in healthcare economics, financial modeling, and strategic leadership within complex healthcare or life sciences environments. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capability with executive communication skills and a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across global organizations.
- Advanced degree in health economics, finance, business, or a quantitative discipline (MBA strongly preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in health economics, strategic finance, outcomes research, or healthcare consulting, including leadership of complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.

- Deep understanding of U.S. healthcare reimbursement systems, payer dynamics, and hospital procurement processes.
- Experience working with oncology care pathways and related economic drivers such as treatment utilization, capital equipment economics, and service line profitability.
- Proven ability to translate complex clinical and financial data into executive-level narratives and strategic recommendations.
- Strong proficiency in analytics tools such as Excel and BI platforms (e.g., Power BI or equivalent).
