This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Talent & Culture Consultant based in Canada.
This is a client-facing consulting opportunity for an experienced talent and culture professional who enjoys solving complex organizational challenges.
You will lead strategic engagements that shape employee experiences, organizational culture, talent strategies, and leadership practices.
The role combines research, stakeholder interviews, workshops, strategic thinking, and the creation of practical solutions.
You will work closely with senior client stakeholders, including executive-level leaders, while partnering with multidisciplinary creative and delivery teams.
Your work will translate enterprise strategy into compelling culture assets, frameworks, presentations, and activation plans.
The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and entrepreneurial, with exposure to diverse industries and large-scale organizations.

- Lead client engagements from discovery through delivery, conducting research, stakeholder interviews, and workshops and translating findings into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Develop culture and talent assets, including culture blueprints, cultural narratives, leadership values, employee value propositions, and strategic messaging.
- Build high-quality presentations, strategic models, frameworks, and other materials that guide client decision-making and support business development.
- Establish and strengthen trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, identifying opportunities to deepen and expand engagements over time.
- Partner with design, content, digital, and creative specialists to ensure strategic recommendations are translated into effective and engaging activation.
- Design solution frameworks that incorporate thought leadership, project timelines, resource requirements, budgets, cost structures, and implementation considerations.
- Collaborate with business development teams to develop solution-oriented proposals for complex, enterprise-level opportunities.
- Guide and educate both internal teams and client stakeholders, communicating complex talent and culture concepts with clarity and confidence.
- Manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and client expectations while maintaining a high standard of quality and professionalism.
- University degree with a business-focused discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in complex business, consulting, enterprise strategy, or comparable environments.
- Broad HR and talent expertise extending beyond talent acquisition, with experience in areas such as talent management, learning and development, total rewards, employee engagement, or diversity, equity and inclusion.
- Strong understanding of organizational structures, workplace culture, employee experiences, and organizational dynamics.
- Demonstrated consulting experience, including gathering stakeholder input, shaping strategic recommendations, and delivering practical outcomes.
- Proven ability to operate confidently in client-facing environments and engage effectively with senior stakeholders, including C-suite leaders.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to connect talent and culture initiatives to broader organizational objectives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics, articulate value propositions, and present recommendations persuasively.
- Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills, with the ability to perform effectively under tight deadlines and competing demands.
- High integrity, sound judgment, professionalism, and a strong commitment to client service.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently while contributing effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Familiarity with project management software is an asset.
- Ability to guide, influence, and educate stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
- Fully remote contract position available to professionals based in Canada.
- Option to work from a downtown Toronto office when preferred.
