Global Remote Client Advisor | Client Services

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Global Remote Client Advisor | Client Services based in the United States.

This is a fully remote, client-focused opportunity combining customer service, benefits education, relationship management, and consultative insurance sales.
You will connect virtually with individuals and families who have requested information about available benefits and help them make informed coverage decisions.
The role is designed for motivated professionals who value flexibility, independence, and performance-driven career growth.
No previous insurance experience is required, with structured training, licensing guidance, mentorship, and ongoing professional development provided.
You will build lasting client relationships through personalized consultations, enrollment support, follow-up, and responsive service.
Qualified client opportunities are provided, allowing you to focus on meaningful conversations rather than traditional cold calling or purchasing leads.
The role offers a flexible work-from-home environment with opportunities to develop transferable skills and progress into training and leadership positions.

Accountabilities:
  • Conduct scheduled virtual and phone appointments with individuals and families who have requested information about available benefits.
  • Build trust with clients by actively listening to their needs, answering questions clearly, and delivering a professional, personalized experience.
  • Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options once appropriately licensed.
  • Provide needs-based guidance and help clients understand coverage features, benefit choices, applications, and enrollment requirements.
  • Assist clients with beneficiary information, documentation, and other enrollment-related processes.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients following enrollment and provide support for applicable service needs, updates, and policy reviews.
  • Maintain accurate digital client records and ensure timely, professional follow-up.
  • Participate in virtual onboarding, product education, sales training, coaching, workshops, and professional development activities.
  • Use Zoom, phone systems, digital platforms, and other virtual tools to communicate effectively with clients, mentors, teammates, and leadership.
  • Develop strong organizational, communication, relationship-management, presentation, sales, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Work independently while maintaining accountability for activity, client service, professional development, and performance goals.
  • Pursue opportunities for advancement into mentoring, training, team leadership, management, and other leadership responsibilities based on demonstrated performance and initiative.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and physically located within the United States.
  • Previous insurance experience is not required; experience in customer service, sales, client relations, hospitality, healthcare, education, recruiting, banking, financial services, administration, retail, account management, call centers, military service, or leadership can be highly transferable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain information clearly and establish rapport with a wide range of clients.
  • Client-first mindset with strong relationship-building, listening, follow-through, and service skills.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong organization and time-management skills, with the ability to manage appointments, follow-ups, documentation, and competing priorities.
  • Adaptable and solutions-oriented, with a willingness to learn new products, systems, and processes.
  • Comfortable using Zoom, phone communication, computers, and virtual collaboration technologies.
  • Reliable computer or laptop, high-speed internet, webcam, microphone, and a quiet professional workspace.
  • Coachability and openness to feedback, mentoring, and continuous professional development.
  • Willingness and ability to obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before performing activities that require licensure.
  • Willingness to complete required virtual training and participate in ongoing professional development.
  • Integrity, professionalism, accountability, and commitment to maintaining strong client relationships.
Benefits:
  • 100% remote / work-from-home environment.
  • Flexible scheduling designed to provide greater control over your professional schedule while maintaining client-service commitments.
  • Qualified client opportunities provided, with no traditional cold calling and no requirement to purchase leads.
  • Commission-based compensation with weekly commission payments.
  • Performance-based bonuses, incentives, recognition programs, and leadership incentives.
  • Potential opportunities for renewal and residual income.
  • No predetermined earnings cap on commission-based production; actual earnings vary based on individual activity, production, consistency, performance, and results.
  • Comprehensive virtual onboarding, training, mentorship, coaching, and professional development.
  • State insurance licensing guidance and support.
  • Opportunities for career advancement into trainer, mentor, team leadership, management, and advanced leadership roles.
  • Qualifying representatives may have access to medical insurance reimbursement programs and company-supported life and accidental death benefit coverage.
  • Professional and union support where applicable.
  • Modern virtual technology and business resources.
  • Professional conferences, leadership events, recognition programs, and networking opportunities.
  • Performance-based incentive travel and recognition experiences, subject to applicable qualification requirements and program availability.
  • Opportunities to build transferable skills in communication, customer service, sales, presentation, organization, relationship management, problem-solving, and leadership.
  • Eligibility requirements and qualification periods may apply to certain benefits and programs.
