Manager, Go to Market Operations

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager, Go to Market Operations based in United States.

This role is a key operational partner to Marketing, Sales, and Partner Success, helping turn go-to-market strategies into coordinated execution.
You will build scalable processes, playbooks, and enablement programs that help commercial teams work more effectively.
The role also owns conference strategy and execution, ensuring high-quality experiences and strong cross-functional coordination.
You will lead projects spanning product launches, campaigns, sales initiatives, and other strategic priorities.
As a people leader, you will manage and develop a small team while fostering accountability and continuous improvement.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with organizational priorities, translating strategic objectives into clear plans, processes, and measurable actions.
  • Build and improve Sales and Partner Success enablement programs, including processes, playbooks, training materials, and support for new products and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Design and oversee the conference strategy, managing end-to-end execution including participant coordination, lead lists, presentations, materials, assets, budgets, and logistics.
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of conferences, presentations, campaigns, launches, and other commercial activities.
  • Lead cross-functional projects across Marketing, Sales, Partner Success, and other teams, maintaining project plans, timelines, budgets, milestones, and dependencies.
  • Manage a small team of direct reports, providing coaching, feedback, guidance, and professional development support.
  • Manage marketing claims and coordinate legal review to ensure commercial materials and messaging are appropriately supported and approved.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline ways of working, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen alignment across go-to-market functions.
  • Communicate project status, priorities, risks, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders while maintaining strong execution discipline.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree required, with 6+ years of professional experience and at least 2 years of leadership experience.
  • Previous experience in the education sector is required, including K-12, higher education, education technology, or a related environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in go-to-market operations, commercial enablement, cross-functional project management, or a comparable strategic operations function.
  • Strong ability to synthesize complex information and translate it into clear, practical execution plans and priorities.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, time management, and ability to prioritize competing initiatives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels of seniority.
  • Proactive, self-directed approach with strong ownership and follow-through.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and support team members while fostering collaboration and accountability.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
  • Ability to work beyond 40 hours when business needs require it.

  • Salary: Expected starting pay of $95,100–$120,000, with an overall salary range of $95,100–$142,600 depending on qualifications, experience, location, business needs, and internal equity.
