As a Psychotherapist with Bridge Clinic, you'll provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups experiencing mental health challenges and life stressors. You'll work alongside medical, behavioral health, school, and community partners to improve outcomes and increase access to care for people regardless of insurance status or ability to pay.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Minimum Qualifications.
• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
• Wisconsin licensure
• Clinical supervision hours completed
• BLS certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
Preferred Qualifications.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
• Experience in integrated or collaborative care settings
• Certification or specialized training in areas such as trauma, substance use, grief, or related specialties
• Experience with program development, quality improvement, or community partnerships
You are:
• Skilled in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• A strong communicator and collaborative team member
• Adaptable, self-directed, and community-minded
• Committed to improving access to mental health care in rural communities
• Comfortable working with schools, healthcare providers, and community organizations
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide ethical, compassionate, and culturally responsive care
• Complete assessments, diagnoses, and individualized treatment plans
• Deliver individual, family, couple, and group therapy services
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with medical providers, schools, and community partners
• Conduct risk assessments and crisis intervention as needed
• Develop and maintain referral and community resource networks
