Job Description

Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist based in the United States.

This is a high-impact talent acquisition role focused on recruiting for complex Sales, Marketing, and Operations positions in a fast-paced global environment.
You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while acting as a strategic advisor to senior leaders and hiring managers.
The role combines sophisticated sourcing, talent-market intelligence, stakeholder influence, and candidate engagement.
You will build diverse, high-quality pipelines using modern recruiting technologies, CRM platforms, and proactive outreach strategies.
Success will also depend on using data and automation to improve recruiting efficiency, quality of hire, and candidate conversion.
As a senior member of the talent acquisition function, you will help strengthen recruiting practices while mentoring and supporting developing recruiters.
This opportunity is well suited to an experienced recruiter who enjoys ownership, innovation, strategic influence, and continuous improvement.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for complex and high-priority Sales, Marketing, and corporate Operations positions, from initial intake through offer acceptance and onboarding.
  • Partner strategically with senior leaders and hiring managers, acting as a trusted talent advisor and providing guidance on hiring strategies, market conditions, interview practices, and candidate expectations.
  • Conduct detailed intake meetings to clarify role requirements, establish recruiting timelines and service-level expectations, and align stakeholders on successful hiring outcomes.
  • Develop creative, multi-channel sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM platforms, Boolean search, proactive outreach, and other modern talent-sourcing technologies.
  • Build and maintain strong, diverse talent pipelines for critical enterprise positions, including senior and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Assess candidates against competencies, leadership potential, experience, and organizational fit while maintaining a high standard for talent quality.
  • Manage offer development and negotiations, including compensation discussions, counter-offers, and closing strategies for highly sought-after candidates.
  • Analyze recruitment-funnel performance to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements that enhance time-to-fill, candidate conversion, and quality-of-hire metrics.
  • Deliver a transparent, engaging, and high-touch candidate experience while consistently reinforcing a strong employer brand.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment information across ATS and CRM platforms while ensuring compliance with applicable employment, EEO, ADA, affirmative-action, and global hiring requirements.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert within the talent acquisition team, sharing sourcing techniques, recruiting best practices, and market insights.
  • Support the onboarding, development, and mentoring of junior talent acquisition professionals.
  • Identify opportunities to use AI, automation, and emerging technologies to simplify recruiting workflows, improve productivity, and strengthen candidate engagement.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience, preferably within a high-growth or complex organizational environment and with demonstrated success recruiting senior-level positions.
  • Strong experience recruiting for Sales and Business Operations functions, including enterprise sales, sales leadership, SDR, Marketing, HR, and Finance roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday ATS and candidate relationship management platforms such as Phenom or comparable CRM technologies.
  • Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, proactive sourcing, and modern recruiting technology stacks.
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Claude, or similar technologies to streamline recruiting workflows, analyze talent-market information, and improve candidate engagement.
  • Strong strategic-influence skills, including the ability to establish credibility with senior and VP-level stakeholders and constructively challenge hiring assumptions when appropriate.
  • Advanced negotiation and closing capabilities, particularly when engaging passive candidates and competing for highly sought-after talent.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate recruitment metrics into practical recommendations for improving hiring-funnel performance.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to transparent and authentic communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex requisitions and competing priorities while remaining organized, adaptable, and focused on outcomes.
  • Strong ownership mindset, with accountability for recruitment outcomes from initial kickoff through successful candidate placement.
  • Curiosity and willingness to continuously develop knowledge of sourcing strategies, business functions, labor markets, and emerging recruiting technologies.
Benefits:
  • Salary: Base pay range of $86,000–$112,500 annually, with actual compensation determined by qualifications, skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
  • Work arrangement: Fully remote position within the United States.
  • Health coverage: Medical, dental, and vision insurance options.
  • Retirement: Retirement savings plan to support long-term financial planning.
  • Financial benefits: Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA).
  • Paid time off: Paid time off to support vacation, personal needs, and work-life balance.
  • Protection: Life insurance and disability insurance coverage.
  • Professional development: Tuition reimbursement and opportunities to support continued learning and career growth.
  • Additional compensation: Eligibility for a quarterly or annual bonus may apply depending on role and applicable compensation plans.
  • Work environment: Collaborative, innovation-focused culture emphasizing ownership, transparency, continuous learning, and high-quality talent acquisition.
  • Career growth: Opportunities to expand strategic recruiting expertise, influence senior stakeholders, and contribute to recruiting-process innovation.
