ICMS is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor/ Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor who is responsible for overseeing maintenance personnel and daily maintenance activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day aircraft maintenance operations to ensure all contract requirements are completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with applicable technical directives.
  • Serve as the on-site point of contact for the Government, coordinating daily maintenance activities and responding to customer requirements.
  • Perform all local management actions associated with employees, to include, but not limited to: investigations and reports arising from any quality defect notices issued against contractor employees, verification of time sheets, introduction and initial indoctrination to new employees.
  • Direct, assign, and prioritize work for maintenance personnel to ensure efficient utilization of manpower and resources.
  • Ensure all maintenance is performed in accordance with applicable technical manuals, maintenance instructions, engineering directives, and contractual requirements.
  • Conduct routine workplace inspections to verify compliance with quality, safety, housekeeping, and security requirements.
  • Review completed maintenance documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance prior to submission.
  • Monitor employee training, certifications, qualifications, and currency to ensure personnel meet contract and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct daily production meetings, safety briefings, and shift turnover meetings as required.
  • Ensure proper documentation and reporting of maintenance discrepancies, quality defects, mishaps, and safety incidents.
  • Maintain effective communication with the Program Manager regarding staffing, production status, customer concerns, and contract performance.

Required Qualifications:

· Have at least 4 years of documented experience in Aerospace and/or Aircraft maintenance procedures and processes as a Site Supervisor;

· Demonstrated experience leading aircraft maintenance personnel, assigning work, monitoring productivity, and ensuring compliance with technical publications and maintenance procedures;

· Working knowledge of applicable military maintenance instructions, technical manuals, quality assurance procedures, and safety regulations;

· Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment;

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and maintenance management information systems;

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Additional Qualifying Factors:

· As a condition of employment, it will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening, as well as have acceptable reference and background check results.

Security Clearance:

Secret clearance is required by the contract. It is mandatory that all Contractor personnel working onsite at federal facilities meet federal government security clearance standards.

Job Type: Exempt, Full Time Onsite Position (Telecommute will not be considered for this position)
