This role will lead e-commerce growth, execution, and strategy across a diverse portfolio of high-growth digital retail channels. You will own key customer relationships while shaping assortment, promotional, advertising, profitability, and forecasting strategies. Working closely with marketing, analytics, operations, and finance, you will translate data into actionable commercial decisions. The role combines strategic account management with hands-on execution across both established and emerging platforms. You will also identify new marketplace opportunities and help expand brand presence across the evolving e-commerce landscape. - Manage key growth e-commerce accounts across marketplaces, discount, last-mile, indirect, emerging, and other digital retail channels, while supporting core e-commerce customers as needed.
- Own category management, assortment strategy, profitability, promotional investment, advertising strategy, and forecasting across assigned accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail buyers, marketing and merchandising teams, operations teams, and other key external partners.
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue forecasting and planning, partnering with business analytics and finance teams to ensure accuracy and alignment.
- Monitor sales performance and trends across owned and supported e-commerce accounts, identifying opportunities to improve revenue, profitability, and overall channel performance.
- Evaluate emerging e-commerce and marketplace opportunities, building relationships with new platforms and leading retailer onboarding from engagement and item setup through shipment coordination and content strategy.
- Drive stronger brand placement and sales across new platforms while identifying opportunities to test new marketing tactics, technologies, product offerings, content, and other platform innovations.
- Serve as a thought leader on emerging marketplaces and e-commerce trends, sharing best practices and new ideas to strengthen the broader e-commerce strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 5+ years of full-time experience in e-commerce, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or a closely related industry.
- Strong analytical and P&L management skills, including experience managing trade spend and promotional investments.
- Proven track record of increasing sales and translating commercial data into actionable business insights.
- Ability to organize, analyze, and transform raw data into clear narratives and recommendations for stakeholders.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, organizational, and follow-through skills, with the ability to work effectively across internal teams and external partners.
- Strategic thinker who combines innovation with pragmatic, hands-on execution and a strong focus on measurable results.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of quality and meeting deadlines.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented team player with strong ownership, initiative, and work ethic.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Must reside in the United States and be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
- Base salary of $115,000–$125,000 USD, plus a 20% annual bonus.
