In this role, you will partner with financial institutions to design and implement secure, scalable DevSecOps solutions that support business transformation, compliance, and operational excellence. You will serve as a trusted advisor throughout the customer journey, leading technical evaluations, guiding architecture decisions, and helping stakeholders realize measurable value from modern development practices. Working closely with sales, product, engineering, and customer teams, you will influence both customer success and product evolution. - Lead technical discovery sessions, product demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-value engagements to showcase how modern DevSecOps solutions address customer business, security, and compliance requirements.
- Own and drive technical evaluations from initial assessment through successful validation, including architecture design, solution recommendations, and technical documentation.
- Partner closely with sales teams to develop account strategies that support customer acquisition, expansion opportunities, and long-term growth within financial services organizations.
- Build trusted relationships with technical teams, executives, and business stakeholders, helping them navigate digital transformation initiatives and adopt modern software delivery practices.
- Provide guidance on cloud technologies, CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps methodologies, software security, governance, and regulatory compliance considerations.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and customer-facing teams to share customer feedback, industry trends, and competitive insights that influence future enhancements and strategic direction.
- Develop reusable technical assets, best practices, and educational content tailored to the needs of enterprise financial services customers.
- Continuously expand technical expertise and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives that strengthen the broader solutions architecture organization.
- Proven experience in technical pre-sales, solutions architecture, consulting, or related customer-facing technical roles.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, including DevSecOps practices, continuous integration, continuous delivery, and software security principles.
- Hands-on experience with source code management, CI/CD platforms, developer collaboration tools, or similar software delivery technologies.
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms, infrastructure concepts, deployment models, and security best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to lead proof-of-concept, proof-of-value, or technical validation projects in enterprise environments.
- Experience working with financial services organizations or highly regulated industries is strongly preferred.
- Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical practitioners and executive audiences.
- Ability to understand customer business objectives and translate technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and consultative selling skills.

- Competitive base salary ranging from $154,200 to $231,300 USD, based on experience, skills, and location.
