We are seeking a passionate and experienced Pediatric Occupational/Physical Therapist Clinical Manager to lead our clinical team on the beautiful island of Maui, Hawai‘i. We are a growing outpatient practice on Maui, dedicated to meeting a critical need in our community by providing high-quality Physical, Occupational, and ABA Therapy services to children of all ages and abilities. Responsibilities:
The Clinical Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a pediatric outpatient practice, ensuring the efficient delivery of high-quality clinical care. This position involves managing and supporting a team of healthcare providers, including occupational therapists, speech therapists, physical therapists, and other clinical staff. The Clinical Manager will collaborate closely with administrative staff to ensure optimal patient care, streamline clinic operations, manage clinical resources, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Additionally, the Clinical Manager will assist in the practice's strategic development, including staff recruitment, training, and implementing clinical best practices. The Clinical Manager ensures that the practice runs smoothly and meets its clinical, operational, and financial goals.
Leadership & Staff Management:
- Supervise clinical team (OT, PT, ST), ensuring high-quality care and performance accountability.
- Mentor, train, and retain staff, fostering a culture of communication, collaboration, and growth.
- Conduct performance reviews and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
Clinical Operations:
- Oversee patient flow, scheduling, and resource management for efficient clinic operations.
- Engage in marketing and social media efforts to maintain full schedules and patient referrals.
- Ensure clinic resources and therapy spaces are well-stocked, organized, and compliant with standards.
Quality & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, health codes, and insurance requirements.
- Implement quality improvement initiatives and conduct audits to improve patient care and documentation.
Communication & Collaboration:
- Maintain regular communication with administrative staff, leadership, and the team to ensure smooth operations and resource needs.

Requirements:- Pediatric Therapy Experience in outpatient setting (5 years minimum for this position)
- PT/OT Degree with active license in the United States (will need to obtain license in Hawaii)
- Hybrid work is available for candidates based in Hawaii
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience
- Live on island or willing to relocate to Maui from within the U.S.
