Job Description
U.S. Legal Support is seeking a Digital Reporter Regional Manager to lead and support a team of Digital Reporters (DRs) within an assigned region. This role is responsible for overseeing utilization, productivity, and daily operations while ensuring a high standard of quality and service delivery.
The Digital Reporter Regional Manager serves as a key liaison between Digital Reporters and internal operational teams, driving efficiency, consistency, and performance across the Digital Reporting function. This position combines leadership, operational oversight, and hands-on support—including managing hiring, interviews, and onboarding—to build a high-performing team.
Location - Texas or Florida preferred - Must live CST or ESTKey Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Hiring
- Manage the full hiring lifecycle for Digital Reporters, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection
- Partner with recruiting and leadership to identify staffing needs and maintain appropriate regional coverage
- Facilitate department onboarding for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and successful integration into workflows
- Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and development support to team members
Operations & Utilization Management
- Serve as the primary liaison between Digital Reporters and regional scheduling teams to align assignments with skill sets and job requirements
- Monitor daily and per-job utilization, tracking hours and performance metrics for leadership visibility
- Oversee jobs in progress, managing timelines and proactively addressing delays with reporters or production teams
Support & Issue Resolution
- Provide frontline support to Digital Reporters, troubleshooting issues in real time and escalating when necessary
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical troubleshooting and procedural questions
- Track and manage IT tickets from initial report through resolution
Process & Quality Management
- Ensure adherence to company-defined processes, protocols, and best practices across all workflow stages
- Deliver ongoing feedback on work quality, accuracy, and performance standards
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
Training & Development
- Facilitate practical and technical training during new hire onboarding
- Reinforce best practices and provide continuous training to support team success
- Experience supporting daily court reporting operations, including scheduling and production workflows
- Strong knowledge of court reporting procedures, practices, and protocols
- Experience managing hiring processes, including interviewing and onboarding preferred
- Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent work experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
