PR-TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST in San Juan at TPIS

We are looking for a dynamic, results‑driven Recruitment Specialist to manage the full recruitment and selection cycle while ensuring full compliance with corporate policies and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Essential Responsibilities

• Execute recruitment plans for assigned vacancies using internal systems, the corporate website, social media, and job boards.
• Review résumés, conduct pre‑screenings, coordinate interviews, and manage the selection and offer process in accordance with established policies.
• Coordinate the selection and placement of temporary employees in collaboration with staffing agencies, ensuring compliance with internal policies and contractual agreements.
• Prepare, validate, and manage all documentation required throughout the recruitment cycle, including requisitions, drug test referrals, applications, background checks, selection and compensation sheets, offer letters, probationary contracts, and agency‑related documents.
• Collaborate with the Human Resources and social media teams to support employer branding initiatives.
• Represent the company at job fairs, promoting employment opportunities and guiding candidates through the application process.
• Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports, including recruitment metrics, job fair results, vacancy status, and data required for Affirmative Action Program compliance.
• Maintain complete and organized records for each vacancy, ensuring proper documentation and archiving.
• Participate in HR initiatives and activities, as required by the business.

Position Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Labor Relations, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, selection, and candidate qualification processes.
• Preferred experience recruiting talent in clinical or healthcare areas.
