This is a high-impact marketing role focused on driving pipeline growth and shaping demand generation strategy within a fast-scaling B2B SaaS environment. You will own critical parts of the marketing funnel, starting with paid acquisition strategy and funnel optimization, while building scalable approaches to improve conversion and business outcomes. The role requires strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and the ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing execution. You will work cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, and sales teams to align growth initiatives and ensure measurable impact. Beyond execution, the role demands strategic agility, as responsibilities may expand across broader growth and performance marketing areas. This is a highly collaborative and data-driven environment where your decisions directly influence pipeline and revenue performance.
- Define and execute marketing and demand generation strategies aligned with business and pipeline growth objectives.
- Own and optimize end-to-end marketing funnel performance, with a focus on paid acquisition, conversion, and efficiency.
- Break down complex growth challenges into structured, actionable initiatives that drive measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product, engineering, and design to deliver integrated marketing solutions.
- Use data, research, and performance insights to prioritize initiatives and continuously refine marketing strategy.
- Identify opportunities for growth, scalability, and operational efficiency across marketing channels and funnel stages.
- Track industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging marketing practices to inform strategic decisions.
- 2.5 to 4 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, growth, or demand generation roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
- Experience working with marketing funnels, campaign performance, and conversion optimization.
- Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a structured approach to execution.
- Exposure to digital marketing or paid media strategies is a plus.
- Ability to think strategically while maintaining strong attention to detail in execution.
