We’re looking for a creative, organized, detail-driven Marketing and Communications Specialist to help us share our mission with employees, patients, partners, and communities. ✨

💡 What You’ll DoAs our Marketing and Communications Specialist, you’ll support the development, coordination, and execution of marketing and communications initiatives across Singlepoint Healthcare. You’ll help ensure our messages are timely, polished, brand-aligned, and engaging — whether they’re shared with employees, patients, clinic teams, vendors, community partners, or external audiences.
📝 Your Day-to-Day May Include📬 Internal Communications
Support employee announcements, newsletters, leadership messages, internal platform updates, and company-wide communications.
🗓️ Communications Calendar Coordination
Help manage communication timelines so updates are clear, consistent, organized, and delivered on schedule.
💻 Digital Content Support
Help maintain websites, social media platforms, online business listings, and other digital channels by coordinating content updates and monitoring accuracy.
🎓 Online Education Platform Updates
Coordinate and organize learning content, upload materials, update course information, track content needs, and partner with subject matter experts.
🎨 Marketing Materials
Create, edit, proofread, and format flyers, presentations, digital content, print materials, employee resources, and other branded communications.
📦 Print & Promotional Orders
Coordinate print and promotional item orders, including vendor quotes, proofs, approvals, inventory tracking, and delivery timelines.
🎤 Events & Community Engagement
Support planning and execution for conferences, community events, open houses, recruiting events, internal engagement activities, and other company initiatives.
📱 Social Media Support
Assist with social media content planning, scheduling, monitoring, reporting, and brand-aligned messaging.
📊 Tracking & Reporting
Help track project timelines, deliverables, approvals, vendor needs, digital channel metrics, event results, and engagement summaries.
🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing leadership, operational leaders, clinic teams, vendors, and internal partners to support communication needs across the organization.
You’re someone who is:

We’re looking for someone with: 🎓 A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an Associate’s degree plus 5+ years of related experience
Plus:
⭐ 2–5 years of related experience in marketing, communications, internal communications, digital content, event coordination, vendor coordination, or a similar area.
Experience with any of the following is especially helpful:
📌 Internal communications, newsletters, announcements, or employee-facing content
📌 Website updates, social media, online listings, learning platforms, or digital content systems
📌 Print materials, promotional products, vendor orders, or event logistics
📌 Collaboration with clinical, operational, administrative, or external partners
