Team Hyundai of Bend is a well-established and growing automotive dealership group seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead operations at one of our locations in Bend, Oregon. This is a confidential search for a key leadership role within our organization.

Position Overview:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sales department, driving revenue growth, developing a high-performing team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is a motivated leader with a proven track record in automotive sales and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals
• Drive new and pre-owned vehicle sales performance
• Monitor and manage sales metrics, forecasts, and KPIs
• Ensure strong CRM usage and lead follow-up processes
• Work closely with F&I to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and industry regulations
• Foster a positive, accountable, and results-driven culture

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–5 years of automotive sales management experience
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience with CRM systems and dealership software
• High level of professionalism and integrity
