Job Description
You’ll engage directly with business teams, partner with hiring managers, and make a direct impact to the success of the NWH Team by supporting our hiring managers by filling their current job openings. This will include creating compelling position descriptions, sourcing diverse candidate pipelines, marketing the talent brand to attract top talent, screening candidates, advising hiring managers on the recruiting process, and negotiating job offers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process.
- Source well qualified candidates.
- Look beyond direct applications and leverage search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and other innovative sourcing techniques to find the best talent in the market.
- Provide a great end-to-end recruiting experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Advise hiring managers and leadership on market trends and recommend more effective ways to attract and recruit great talent.
- Develop candidate pipeline strategies to fill open positions (i.e., talent marketing, LinkedIn sourcing, referrals, etc.).
- Consult with hiring managers on their talent needs.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience in full life cycle recruiting
- At least 1 year experience consulting with multiple hiring managers at once while developing and enhancing excellent working relationships with those managers and their teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 5+ years of experience in Corporate Recruiting – full life cycle, research, and sourcing
- Ability to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to use innovative techniques to attract and recruit diverse HR talent
- Experience in compensation and general HR requirements related to hiring
Physical Requirements
Work Environment
- The primary work environment is an office setting with controlled temperatures and minimal exposure to hazardous conditions. Some tasks may be performed remotely, requiring a suitable home office setup
General Physical Activity
- The role primarily involves sitting for extended periods while working on a computer or handling paperwork. Regular breaks are encouraged to maintain comfort and health. Occasionally required to move about the office to interact with different departments or retrieve documents.
Manual Dexterity:
- Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing on a keyboard, writing, and handling documents.
- Ability to handle and organize physical documents, including filing and retrieving paperwork from storage.
Visual and Auditory Demands
- Good close-up vision is necessary for reading and reviewing documents, working on a computer, and proofreading paperwork.
- Adequate hearing is required for effective communication with colleagues, clients, and external partners, whether in person, over the phone, or via virtual meetings.
Occasional Physical Activity
- Occasionally required to lift and carry items such as file boxes, documents, or office supplies, typically weighing up to 10-20 pounds.
- Some roles may require occasional travel to warehouses, ports, or meetings with regulatory bodies, necessitating the ability to drive or use other modes of transportation.
