SENIOR RESWARE ADMINISTRATOR
Accurate Group is seeking an experienced SENIOR RESWARE ADMINISTRATOR for its growing title and closing departments. The Senior ResWare Administrator provides day-to-day support for the company's ResWare title and closing system. Working under the direction of the ResWare Product Manager, this position assists with user support, data maintenance, system updates, testing, and documentation while following established procedures.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide day-to-day support to ResWare users by answering routine questions and assisting with established system processes. Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the ResWare Product Manager or management for guidance and resolution.
- Facilitates routine maintenance of workflows, action lists, user access, and other approved system configurations, referring to non-routine requests or proposed changes to management for review and approval.
- Performs data entry, data validation, routine audits, and data cleanup to help maintain accurate and reliable system information. Report data discrepancies or recurring issues to the ResWare Product Manager or management for further investigation.
- Document user-reported issues and resolve routine questions in accordance with established procedures. Escalate issues requiring additional technical expertise or management direction to the ResWare Product Manager or appropriate leadership.
- Performs testing approved system enhancements and updates by following established testing procedures, documenting results, and communicating concerns or unexpected outcomes to the ResWare Administrator or management.
- Support implementation of approved system changes under the direction of the ResWare Administrator.
- Facilitates onboarding new users by providing instruction on standard ResWare processes, workflows, and best practices, seeking guidance from management when questions fall outside established procedures.
- Maintain documentation for procedures, user guides, system updates, and support activities.
- Monitors’ routine interfaces with third-party vendors and promptly report issues or service interruptions to the ResWare Product Manager or management for follow-up.
- Collaborate with Operations and other departments to identify process improvement opportunities and communicate recommendations to the ResWare Product Manager or management for evaluation and implementation.
- Participate in routine quality assurance activities to help maintain consistency and accuracy within the ResWare system.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Successful candidates will have the following proven skills:
- Minimum of two to four years related experience or training
- RESWARE ADMIN AND OPERATIONAL TITLE AND CLOSING WORKFLOW KNOWLEDGE IS REQUIRED
- Experience in using Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Ability to multi-task & work independently

- Strong written and verbal skills
- Self-Development: Is personally committed to and actively works to continuously improve him/herself; understands that different situations and levels may call for different skills and approaches; works to deploy strengths and initiatives to problem solve system issues when needed.
Job Type: Full-time/Remote
Salary: $55,000 to $65,000
Schedule: Monday -Friday (8-hour shifts)
