Are you a registered nurse with an active license in Oregon-Portland area? Do you have a passion for making a difference in the lives of seniors in assisted living and memory care? CoBridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Registered Nurse Delegator to join our growing team.
Important Note: This position requires travel, which will vary based on business needs. Don’t worry—mileage will be reimbursed!
Position Overview
As a Nurse Delegator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care. You’ll be responsible for delegating nursing tasks, providing clinical oversight, training staff, and managing medication services. Additionally, you will assist in coordinating and conducting assessments to ensure every resident has an accurate service plan tailored to their needs.
Key Qualifications:
- Active RN license in OR; additional licenses are a plus
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Ability to obtain an administrator’s license
