• Clean and maintain common areas, restrooms, hallways, and entrances.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and empty trash bins.
• Restock cleaning supplies and restroom materials.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
• Assist with moving furniture, equipment, or deliveries as needed.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs or minor repairs.
• Maintain outdoor areas by removing litter and keeping walkways clean.
• Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
• Provide friendly assistance to customers, tenants, or visitors when needed.

• Previous cleaning, janitorial, or porter experience is an advantage but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
