You will work closely with healthcare executives, physician leaders, and operational teams to implement AI-powered solutions that improve efficiency and financial performance.
As a key partner-facing leader, you will guide customers through adoption, optimization, and long-term success while shaping scalable engagement models.
You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Clinical teams to represent customer needs and influence future solutions.
This position combines healthcare expertise, relationship leadership, and operational strategy in a fast-growing technology environment.
You will play a critical role in helping healthcare organizations reduce administrative complexity and focus more time on patient care.

Accountabilities:

As the Director of Partner Solutions, you will own the success of strategic healthcare partnerships by guiding organizations through implementation, adoption, and expansion. You will act as a trusted advisor to healthcare leaders, helping them optimize workflows, achieve measurable outcomes, and build long-term value from AI-driven solutions.

  • Manage strategic customer relationships from implementation through adoption, optimization, renewal, and expansion.
  • Lead complex healthcare technology implementations, including deployment planning, workflow transformation, change management, and operational adoption.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to healthcare executives, physician leaders, and practice administrators to identify challenges and deliver measurable operational improvements.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, Clinical, and executive teams to ensure successful customer experiences and provide feedback that influences product development.
  • Identify growth opportunities by understanding customer needs, demonstrating ROI, and expanding the use of solutions across healthcare organizations.
  • Develop repeatable implementation frameworks, customer success playbooks, and best practices to support scalable growth.
  • Represent customer perspectives internally, ensuring healthcare operational challenges are reflected in product strategy and company priorities.
  • Build strong relationships across clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders within complex healthcare environments.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a healthcare technology leader with strong implementation experience, operational expertise, and the ability to build trusted relationships with senior healthcare stakeholders. You should be comfortable managing complex projects, navigating ambiguity, and driving adoption of innovative solutions.

  • 5+ years of experience leading enterprise healthcare implementations, customer success, consulting, or post-sale delivery within healthcare technology environments.
  • Deep experience supporting cardiology physician groups, cardiovascular service lines, or specialty healthcare organizations.
  • Strong understanding of ambulatory practice operations, including prior authorization, referrals, revenue cycle management, scheduling, and clinical workflows.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives and establish credibility with healthcare executives and operational leaders.
  • Experience working with ambulatory electronic health record platforms such as athenaOne, eClinicalWorks, Epic, NextGen, or similar systems.
  • Strong project leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Experience supporting enterprise health systems, large physician organizations, healthcare SaaS platforms, or AI-enabled workflow solutions is highly valued.
  • Ability to identify operational patterns, create scalable processes, and translate customer challenges into strategic improvements.
  • Builder mindset with the ability to develop playbooks, improve processes, and contribute to a growing organization.
