Compensation & Benefits:

• $22.00$27.00 per hour DOE
• Up to $3,000 annually in quarterly bonuses
• On-call bonus structure up to $100/week

What You'll Do:

• Complete resident service requests promptly and professionally.
• Prepare apartment homes for new residents by completing quality unit turns.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical components, appliances, and other building systems.
• Perform painting, drywall repair, carpentry, fixture replacements, and general maintenance.
• Complete preventative maintenance to help preserve the community and equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe maintenance shop and work environment.
• Participate in the rotating on-call schedule to provide exceptional resident service.

What We're Looking For:

• At least 1 year of apartment maintenance, residential maintenance, or facilities maintenance experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of:
  • Plumbing repairs
  • Electrical troubleshooting
  • Appliance repair
  • Drywall, painting, and carpentry
  • Water heaters and HVAC systems
• EPA, HVAC/Boiler, or CPO certifications are a plus but not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work either MondayFriday, 8:00 AM4:30 PM or 9:30 AM6:00 PM.
• Ability to participate in the on-call rotation approximately 1 week every 7 weeks.
• Strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently.
