Course Title: Project Retail

Delivered in a hybrid training format, this opportunity will allow you to seamlessly blend online learning with hands-on experiences, ensuring flexibility and accessibility. Participants will gain a deep understanding of customer service, inventory management, merchandising strategies, and sales techniques. In addition, participants will develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills crucial for navigating the fast-paced retail environment. • Must provide proof of Work Authorization.
• Must reside in the Southwestern region of Connecticut.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must pass an assessment.
