POSITION SUMMARY

Under the general direction of the Purchasing and Procurement Director, the Procurement Analyst is responsible for coordinating, implementing, and administering CPLC’s procurement card (P-Card) programs. Serves as the liaison between CPLC, cardholders, and the procurement card vendor.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES

Education /Background:

• Familiarity with/ability to use database software applications
• Written and oral communications, including public speaking.
• Great business and technical writing
• Skilled at analytics, mathematics and computer programs/platforms
• Demonstrated highly developed time management skills with a strong ability to prioritize and make timely decisions
• Conveys superior verbal and written communication skills, specifically business / report writing
• Displays superior analytical and diagnostic skills and ability to break down complex issues and implementing appropriate resolutions
• Capable of working in a demanding, deadline driven environment with a focus on details and accuracy
• Projects solid project management skills
• Excellent people development and delegation skills, including training/instruction and engagement scheduling and budgeting
• Must have basic math skills and ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• Adept at planning, organization, analyzation, problem solving, multitasking, and communication
• Works proficiently alone and within a team

Other Requirements:

Effective January 3, 2022, all CPLC Employees and all Service Providers, are required to be Fully Vaccinated against COVID-19.
