Summary:

Hendrick Honda Easley is seeking a motivated Car Detailer for the dealership to be responsible for cleaning and refurbishing new and used cars. Please submit your updated information and our recruiting team will be in touch shortly!

Pay Range:

$18.50 per hour and above (based on job performance).

Pre-Qualifications:

  • Valid Driver's License.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Previous detailing experience is desired.

Job Skills:

  • Attention to Detail.

  • Ability to safely operate vehicles.

  • Vehicle maintenance and detailing.

  • Ability to work at a faster pace.

  • Customer Service, Communication, Team Player.

Computer Skills:

Basic Computer skills to utilize timekeeping system.

Communication Skills:

Ability to understand and follow instructions. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and company personnel.

Attendance Expectations:

The position requires regular and predictable attendance. Scheduled shifts are typically 5-days per week, rotating Saturdays, and may include holidays.

Physical Demands:

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

Environment Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to wet (non-weather) and outdoor weather conditions. Duties are performed primarily in a designated detailing area of the dealership, but may extend to various areas throughout the facility, both indoors and outdoors. Work includes frequent movement in and out of cars, contact with vehicle cleaning and painting products, and limited interaction with customers.

Verbal and Writing Ability:

Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.

Math Ability:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations.
