Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate PRN Occupational Therapist to join our team. In this flexible role, you will provide therapy services on an as-needed basis, helping patients improve their ability to perform daily activities and enhance their quality of life. Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations to assess functional needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, coordination, strength, and daily function.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, adaptive equipment, and strategies for improving independence.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physical therapists, speech therapists, and physicians, to provide holistic patient care.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and best practices in occupational therapy.

Qualifications

• Education: Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Licensure: Active and valid Occupational Therapist license in Missouri.
• Experience: Prior experience in occupational therapy (preferred but not required).
• Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and patient-care skills.
• Certifications: CPR certification (preferred).

Work Environment

• PRN (as-needed) position with flexible scheduling.
• Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a high standard of care.
